We’ve got some hours possibly coming mate over Chrissy if you need a top up if all goes sour :-( Not a bad crew either, maybe a subtle wedgy given is the worst intervention required seen to date. Some said although was provoked with hipster beltless pants and jocks 3/4 up there already :-(

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Shit nicco all the best mate, nobody needs that crap at work.

Daz can you clarify? Are you saying don't take stress leave? How would that be detrimental to old mate?

What is the charge? Eating a meal? A succulent Chinese meal??

no no. Dont take Sick Leave. No way. Sick Leave is for out of work illness, this is a Work Cover claim 100% No Sick Leave required. So the Dr's Certificate is to support his Workcover claim not to be absent from work due to illness. They will have to generate a Return to Work program as part of the claim. They are now is a World of hurt....

Concur absolutely don't take sick leave , if you tell your doctor what happened at work and your feeling stressed and need time off because you can't go back and face more of same it will become a workcover problem .

So if nicco needs time off now, before work cover is involved, what leave does he take? Or does work cover kick in as soon as doc approves? Given myself a few uppercuts at work but seeing as I'm self employed never reported to work cover.

(cheap joke, taking nothing away from niccos situation, no good).

I think WorkCover can be backtracked .
If he was to pull a day or a week off due to stress , prior to WorkCover being engaged, and it was a result of above mentioned incident, he's looked after.
