As much as I hate them I would not really kill someones pet.
You can trap the cat and warn the owner or handover to the local council.
You can borrow a trapping cage from local council/shire or buy a one for thirty bucks.

Just make sure you're home to attend the trapped cat.
It cost money for the owner to retrieve the cat from the local pound, so it is a lesson, for starters.

not today but yesterday, we were forecast storms and the contractors decided to go ahead and change the roof, as i thought it pissed down and the shop got flooded with the ceiling panels falling in and water running all over the show stock, spent heaps of time trying to get buckets etc under the leaks to minimize damage, pretty pissed off as i couldnt let anyone into that side of the shop due to water everywhere and power had to be turned off.
2003 gu3 td42tdi sold 😞 bloody gvm towing crap. Bt50 3500kg gvm.

Does that mean I'll have a whole bunch of dead mice to cleanup in the roof later? Still rather do that than have the little fockers crawling around pooing on everything. One jumped in my partners coffee last night, and I swear one crawled on my forehead when I was asleep the other night... The amount of poo cleaning and surface cleaning we are doing at the moment to try and keep our 15 month old safe from rat poo etc is ridiculous.
I am allergic to cats as well. I bathe the cat(s) once a week or so and trim their fur coat.
It appears to be working 'cos the cat doesn't get to drop dander everywhere.

I usually just chase them in the back yard and bark at them like a crazy man. Sad that I have to do my dogs job now he is too old to do it himself.
