Thanks for the nice words plassy....
As for me. We sold our place on the weekend 60k over reserve. Stoked to say the least!
unfortunately we missed out on Friday on the house we put in our offer for. I dont understand it, but its sinking in now, since its been 13 years between buying houses, the owners have a price range. 750-820k. We offer 830k and still miss out.
So we are back looking at houses...

I'm sure you'll find the right one soon Marko. In all honesty those 3 months of settlement will go very quick, especially with xmas season, so, in the grand scheme of things, hopefully you can find something within that window.

750k-820k, you offer 830k and miss out. Any wonder why everyone hates land crabs. Effing arsewipes, make used car dealers look legit.

What is the charge? Eating a meal? A succulent Chinese meal??

We actually have 4 months settlement....
Just thinking. I really need to get out camping or a day of 4 wheeling atleast for a day.
Thinking it would be great to do a Murrindindi meet like we did three years ago on my first trip with the forum.

Thank fark somebody else agrees with me and isn't sympathetic towards these people. House we are in now is the only house I have ever bought. But during that process, I have never ever met such $bonus$ desperate lying cockroaches in my life.
They become your best mate, inviting you for a coffee and a chat and all that shit until somebody else makes a higher offer then you....

Honestly I am scared of ever selling this places and looking for something new. Especially the way market is these days.

On reflection, bit harsh. But I don't like land crabs as you may have worked out. Push the limits at all times for maximum commission I get that but still.......................

When I placed my offer on my place the landcrab called me back and asked me if i could come up 1k on my offer. WFT 1k?? I knew then and there this was BS and said it's that or see ya later. She then said OK they'll accept your offer. F'ing cokarse.

Bought my 2nd via private sale. I bought for less than market and she got more than she would with a land crab sale.

    Cokarsses lost out!! Win/Win!!

We have also learnt that if Asians are also interested in the same house. Dont even bother trying. The Asian that bought ours counter bidded instantly as soon as someone put their hand up. A few places we have watched. It was Asians who win everytime at bidding. Quite intimidating it was to watch. They dont fark around when it comes to realestate.
