It didn't look too well I actually thought it may have been dead, there were allota concerned family members hanging around it to. Anyway went over put my arm under his feet and lifted him out, it stood on my arm for a second and looked at me and flew off. Was pretty cool to be up close like that I really like Maggies. Hopefully the family remembers when it comes time to nesting lol

That's all well and good Nic.
Just don't become a Collingwood supporter when AFL starts, or you can pi55 off back to NSW.

Go to Wenzhou or other industrial parts in China, even the most industrial area of Australia would be a blessing!

About 12 months or so ago I purchased a King Goanna stretcher from Oztent. A great product and very comfortable. Over the last month or so I noticed that the stitching on the entire panel of the bag's zipper had pulled away. It looked like not enough material was folded over before the zipper was stitched on.
Anyway ..... I gave Oztent a call and spoke to Wayne Hill, their Customer Care rep. He asked me to send him a pic and a copy of the invoice. I sent the pic but could not find the invoice. To my surprise, Wayne contacted me and told me that Oztent would be sending me a replacement bag without sighting an invoice.
I have no involvement or association with this company but applaud them for their excellent after sales customer service and the professional manner of their Costumer Care rep.
A good company to deal with.
