It is so awesome that we have all this stuff in our own backyard.

Make sure that you do plan it and go .... you will love it - it is a great loop from Licola and back, so it can be a trip on its own, or added to another trip like Cameron is doing .... it is awesome country up there and some of my most favourite camping spots are in there ( now I'll never get into my favourite spot ....
