For some reason un beknown to me I have been pain free for two days,
over the weekend I could hardly walk let alone move, same on Monday when I saw the surgeon.
Must be Kharma its all I can put it down to, its a huge turn around and quiet emotional sometimes.
Can't remember the last time I was painfree, has to be more than 10 years ago, I'm taking it real easy
as to me its too good to be true, but I'll take it every day of the week hip hip horay
04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there

Now all you have to do is wean yourself off those Painkillers and also
Take it easy and give your Back enough time to heal & strengthen

Putting my youngest daughter, 8 yo, to bed last night just out of the blue hugged me and told me she loves me. Those words have given me a high all day!

Just spent 3 days on Fraser Island. Saw Dolphins whales sand monitors dingos and heaps of the island. Was our first time there. We will be back
