Backstrap, with a pepper, garlic and mustard rub, cooked on a hot webber for 2-3mins per side then rested in alfoil for ~10mins. So tender it I almost didn't need to chew!

I booked in for the course on Tuesday and am booked in for the 22nd October. Will be legal by Christmas and already chosen the gun. I complete the Permit to Acquire today ready for when I do the course and need to get my ID sorted and the photos etc.
Been wanting to do it for 10 years too.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
