I get them a bit, hurts like hell. Actually woke up this morning while my leg was starting to cramp and managed to stop it haha

I use to get real bad cramps but since I changed from sea salt to rock salt they have all but disappeared. No need to use heaps just a small amount.

I never new salt caused cramps, I get them in my legs sometimes when I stretch.

Apparently there are certain elements in rock salt that are not present in sea salt. If I miss out on rock salt for a week or two the cramps slowly return.You don`t need a lot just a couple of twists on the grinder and with in a couple of weeks you notice that the cramps are disappearing.
