Patrol God
Beware if you have kids. Some of those so-called-water savers are DANGEROUS. My parents place has them. When I had the hot tap on, to start with, the rubber was spat out and I was hit by a torrent of extremely hot water. If it was a child, they would have been scalded from head to foot. As it was I was able to get the cold going quick smart and only suffered mild redness on my torso. Also, it takes absolutely ages to temp right, which uses heaps of water.

All you need to do to make any shower head (pretty much) a water saver is use a washer with a smaller I.D. cost around a buck or two and your done.

As bad as it might be, but the shower savers have been removed from shower heads.
I take quick showers any way, with no hair to wash and I like the hard high pressure shower without the water saver in place.
