Explains the native Beech trees, I suppose.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

What has made you Happy today??

Not today I had to attend my best mates mums funeral. But over the weekend.
Got a tip off from ol’mate Nic about some excess timber that’s available to be cut and split for firewood. Last weekend was our last weekend officially for firewood collection until it reopens next autumn, so this saved us having to go searching for it.
I think I have a good backup now. 6metres wide by 1.8 high and double row.

Then this same bloke offers me a choice of timber for me to make some floating shelves for my kitchen. We chose, I get it home and started to work on it.
    From this.

    To this. So far.

My planing skills need some help but so far it’s looking good.

Will update the GU thread later this week, too tired for it now. It took me around 5 hours to do this, watching a YouTube tutorial, pausing, trying, watching some more...

One obvious broken line, one small hairline crack in another piece of the line and finally the compressor was also leaking.

    Expensive cold air now lol

I'm hoping I'm wrong, but I'll tip its not gonna be hot, or even warm at Cape Jaffa this summer mate. Every summer I have been there, its cold and blowing a wicked southerly.
