Yes but still a lot of money. This purcahse will hopefully last us 10+years hence the large investment. I dont want to buy something only to run out of room again and have to buy again.

Finishing the demo of our bathroom has made me happy.
Never again will I DIY the tile and screed removal, what a pain of a job to do. After our last debacle using a supposedly reputable bathroom company to do our ensuite we have decided to DIY and organise our own trades on this one.

The sun broke through and, I got a bit of good news today. Also, some of our recently planted screening bushes have flowered for the first time and there will be lilly pilly jam this season.

G'devening Craig mate, awesome natives, well done :-) ! Some years ago 'Landline-TV' featured a 2-3 acre smart couple that were exporting lesser quality flowers to the lucrative Japanese bridal/wedding market ;-)
