Got a phone call from Centrelink today to tell me I would receive a part pension $225 per week, after a 6 mth wait now do I go to the angry thread and vent for not getting the $450 pw

Picked up a new thermostat for the pulsar today and while I had the bonnet up I did a couple of checks..

Turns out while the car was getting a roady it also had a service done, air and oil filters and new oil. Checked one of the plugs and not bad, but I'll throw in a new set in..

I have never named any of my car's and I've gone through a few, but I think I'm going to call this the shopping trolley. It almost has on mark on every Panel.

Go myself a UN spec GU4! With 16' too positive offset ugly steelies, severely knocking TB45 (totally toasted type of knocking), rear diff-lock, good body and dealer-showroom-condition interior and upholstery. Only 91k Km on the clock!

This one will have to sit aside while I assemble my GQ, which should start in a few weeks. Initial plan was to put the silvertop TD42 from my donor GQ in it, but after being able to drive it for some 40Km before I was afraid to send some rods through the bonnet, the smoothness and silence of the TB45 got into me. I will drop the oil pan and take a peek inside to see the level of damage and quote parts and services to rebuilt it and compare it to the effort of dropping the TD42 in. Anyway, this will most likely be a 2023 project that I had to score now because these things don't come around when you are ready for them.

This is a picture from the exact spec that my GU is. And the picture source mentions it was taken in Haiti, the place I was told my unit was deployed.
