Had my Ryobi folding shop light fall off the ladder today, it was about a month old. Decided to call in to Bunnings and see how I go in getting it replaced.

Walked up to the counter and told the lady behind the counter just that, it fell of the ladder. She looked at it and thought then said "well you wouldn't expect a workshop light to break like that, go over to the tool shop and grab another one.

Then I hopped over to Supercheap to pick up the special order radiator hoses for the wife's outlander that I finished weeks ago. Asked if I could get a refund on them and place another special order, this time for a full set of radiator and heater hoses for the GU. Yep, that's fine.

    Happy days.

    Awesome.

I took 2 trailer cargo mesh's toi Cape York and back, never used them, never opened them. Took them back to Bunnings and got my money back, no questions asked. I hosed an Ozito tool accidentally. Took it back to Bunnings, changed, no questions asked.

This is one reason why I buy stuff from large places like Bunnings and Kings, they just swap stuff over (within reason), less hassle to everyone all around.
