yeh only a stock pump had a guy dyno it and stuffed it so had the pump done up and got it back to standard and cleaned the injectors at the same time , i have heard you can put in some bigger injectors save renewing the pump .
I forgot to ask Ben are you running the 4.2 in your GQ ?

I run my GQ TD42 with MTQ turbo on it at 14psi stock pump and unintercooled and I can get 13/100 on it. My GU runs an aftermarket turbo with factory intercooler and pump and pushing 25psi up its nose. It's not the boost that kills these motors but high combustion temperatures and massive torque figures.

Nuh there's people about running into the low 40's to get enough air to burn the fuel they are injecting. The most I have heard is 50psi which apparently caused damage. So your well and truly safe with what you want to do.

Sounds like you and Benny have a bit of banter going on haha i think i will just tickle the fuel up a bit and keep an eye on the fuel consumption but its good to find out what most guys are doing with the boost pressure , saves me from doing any damage .
thanks Ash .
