And I'm guessing your referring to the work light clause.. I guess you could call the bar a work light connected threw a relay and a 3 way switch (nearly normal practice) and call it a work light..

If I was ever questioned I would direct them straight to the part in brackets, a light bar is there to provide additional lighting in Offroad situations,
