I just want to sincerely thank Yendor and the rest of you guys for helping me out here, it has saved me a trip to the auto electrician and the bill to go with it. The problem was the relay, the contacts inside were knackered. A $100 inc freight part from Nizzbits (delivered to my door in less than 24 hours mind you) and it is fixed and ready to go!

Mate, talk to me about misdiagnosing faults after you rebuild your front end because you thought your CV was stuffed only to find your mate had left the hubs locked and your auto lokka was making that clicking noise............. -_-
