Dilema
I currently own a 2000 gu td42t. It's got a 5 inch tough dog lift, adjustable everything, 3rds radius arms and 35/12.5 Mickey Thompson mtz.
Just the basic stuff to get from point a to point b.
I'm thinking of selling and buying a series 8(2012) newby.
It's only gana tow my camper and maybe a little play here and there.
What do I do? Would a 2000 model with 245000 on it get 25k? Help....

Where are you? In Victoria you won't be able to get a road worthy with those mods which might make it harder to sell.

I don't think those mods will be legal, do you have the original parts?

Those mods I believe are still legal in NSW if Engineered / Certified, but without the certificate you might as well take it back to stock before selling

I would keep the 4.2. But if not you should get 25k for it easy.
