    Welcome to the forum Shower.

Is the vibration coming through the body or the steering? Have you or your mate had the front ends of your Patrols inspected by any one?

In my old MQ Patrol Hardtop it was the steering damper giving problems with wobble!!

Steering dampers don't normally cause steering issues, but a good damper will help hide problems caused by other components.
