Are you using Tapatalk to enter the forum on the iPhone.
If your using tapatalk it's easy.

It won't be the settings on Tapatalk, is it iPhone settings but don't think so either.
When using Tapatalk and on this forum, tap on "more" in the bottom right corner. Tap on "people". Tap on to yourself.
And in general you can edit your profile picture.
