G'day Queenslanders! I'm a first time Patrol owner. Recently purchased a 2003 GU III, 4cyl, 3L, manual, turbo diesel. Planning on doing the maiden 4x4 run up Bribie Island (Ocean Beach) in the next few weeks. Anything I should look out for? What's the story with the lagoons these days? I've heard 2 out of the 4 along the beach have closed up, or won't be long until they do.
Cheers

I've just recently moved to QLD. Living in Weipa for 5 days now. Still waiting for my troll to get here. I'm still trying to learn off the locals what mods are required, looks like I'll definitely need to do the suspension and add a winch. Any other ideas for Cape York mods?
