does anyone know an easy way to swap over to aftermarket hubs

Mate, if you have the right hubs (after market or otherwise) then the swap out is not overly difficult - good to have the manual handy, and not many more posts and its all yours champion ... it's the tools to do the work which proves more of a problem for some than the actual swap out - when I pullled mine apart (full check only as the auto hubs weren't working and repack with grease whilst in there), the biggest problem was the allen key bolts and having enough leverage to undo them, the circlip pliers, etc ... had to take a trip down to my mechanic in the missus's car whilst the rig sat quietly waiting for my return!!!
