Turbo boost

Wondering what psi. 2.8 rx runs at. Brand new turbo was hitting 10 psi. Now only making 6 psi

Pretty sure it should be 14psi but Tony (YNOT) might clarify this.

I put a boost controler on but I can't turn it up or down. I put it between the turbo and the accuator

Are you only getting 6 Psi with the boost controller fitted? If so remove the controller and put it back to standard, see what that does before we do anything else.
