gq 2.8 and rough on start p smoke what is it turbo?

hey guys I am unsure if the turbo is on its way out or what can be causing this smoke its only started since I replaced the factory exhaust with a straight through 3 inch
also I was going to try get a video of it on start up but for some reason it didn't do it the idle on start up sometimes runs real rough and blows a fair amount of smoke much more then in the video

Any suggestions will be appreciated
