Wanted an 8inch thermo fan
I have a 10inch davies craig electric thermo fan that is in good working order but i just measured it and realised its too big for the job.
Im chasing an 8inch thermo fan in either a Davies Craig or Spal brand and must be in good working order.
It would be ideal if the fan was located in brisbane area. But i know we dont all live in a perfect world
PM me and i will contact you asap.

What is everyone's opinion on installing a fan on the intercooller. Does it make a noticeable difference up hills.

I am he, fear me
I run a 9 inch puller and it makes bugger all difference at speeds above about 50 K's.
Slogging in low range with high engine loads yes, it helps and also if you pull up at lights or are idling after a hill climb when out playing it brings the EGT's down quicker FWIW
I highly recommend a puller rather than top mount but if you do top mount then put a screen over it so bits of gravel, twigs etc don't get flung into the cooler fins at mach 3 from the fan blades
