    They are designed for touring and touring alone.
    I've got a 147L tank in the rear of mine (shortly to add another 73L) and the tank is safe as houses. I'd have no problem with rock hopping in mine with the long range tank......my lack of rock sliders and body protection is another matter entirely.

    Thanks heaps for that drew. Kind of confirms what the guy who is fitting off the tank etc told me this morn. He has one in his comp truck and never had an issue. He told me, there is heaps of clearance and he is more worried that I would split the sub tank way before the main. I am going to see him on sat morn to talk a little more about it.

    Maybe LRA have changed there designs in recent times???

    Like you, rocksliders are definitely on the list
