A 5 speed gearbox for L28 LWB

Am looking for a reasonably good 5 speed gearbox with the longshafts for my L28 MK. any of you guys have one lying around in yr yard? Will pay freight. pls pm me. thanks mate

I spent over 12 months looking ,gave up in the end
You can use a diesel box,change the input shaft ,bellhousing,shifter location , but i didnt need one that bad

Sorry I cant help. im looking to do the same to my MQ if you have any luck finding one.

There is a part called a Fairey Overdrive which may be helpful in giving you an extra gear.

I have never seen one and don't know if they are easy to fit
