winch power cable
hi all
thourght id get seen more in this thread to get an answer
im after winch power cable lengths of 1m+ or custom made cables
not keen on paying $30 per mtr from bursons
also does anyone know if power2winch are still around ive tryed to email them and it failed

winch power cable
Go to your nearest electrical wholesaler... Ask for welding flex in whatever size you want. Buy a crimp lug to suit and they will probably crimp it for you too. Where abouts are you located?

X2 on what winnie said about weld cable, its good stuff, but i think he must mean 15mm not 25mm ?
Get it soldered as well as crimped, easy job for a auto lec

25mm is what most winches come with standard. That being said 16mm would probably do the job no worries.

Mudnut if you get stuck PM Im over TJM coburg this morning. can do there heaps cheaper too
If doing yourelf don't forget to finish the job with some heat shrink sleeving
