That is most likely because that’s NOT the Lost city that FNQGU is referring to. LOL. My fault for ‘muddying the waters’ so to speak.
Just for you though Nick (& not to distract too much further from FNQGU’s as yet unidentified Lost City) here’s a pic to bring back some of those honeymoon memories.

Ok, so maybe recognizing rocks was a bit of a long shot I guess.
These were part of the Western Lost City, in the Limen NP. Grab the code for the lock from the Ranger Station and drive out to them for an hour. Well worth the drive and in my view this area was better for formations than the Southern LC.
The Anvil rock and the other one that looks like a Guinea Pig or similar, are right beside each other.
Between Patrols ATM. Had a beaut GU with 6.5 Chev TD. Next is a GU ute with a 4.5 litre Cummins conversion and a camper on the back.
