having trouble

hello everyone i blew the motor up in my 2000 patrol zd30 12 months ago due to my finacial situation had it rebuilt throughout the year and put it back in with the help of the brother inlaw we started it up just before christmas but it only rev to about 2500 rpm therefor it does not change gear properly i have taken it to three different mechanics they put there computers on it and it comes up all good there are no errors on it and they are all out of ideas i also changed injectors ,injector pump turbo and air flow sensor i don't know what to do please help thanks tory

Can you find someone with the same year model motor and compare all the vacuum hoses, to make sure that they are connected correctly?

This fault has come up before on other rebuilds but for the life of me, I can't find the posts for you

I do recall something about possibly having to re-map the ECU to the new injectors......
