Would it be a good idea to have a "logistics" thread stating the timings and place vehicles are leaving from, exactly where the meet up will be, etc. and maybe ask to limit the posts to attendees to get their poo in a row or is it ducks in a pile
Trying to sort that out from this thread alone is impossible.

Hi ET, the plan was for us to leave Friday 26 th that is Rotto diver and me and going via the great central rd to the rock, and meeting at Dalhousie
springs other than that nothing concrete.
