My new rig (new to me anyway) 1996 efi 4.2 on gas getting around 21ltrs per 100k haven't touched anything yet, that's just driving to work stop start stuff little bit of open road. The choke seems to stay on for a long time will try and work that one out on the weekend. I will be fitting a snorkel soon and from what I read on here maybe change the o2 sensor (how much are they and where do I get them?).
I am pretty happy at this stage the old Conformadore was giving me about 18ltrs per 100 on gas and I know what i would rather be driving.

Ok Guys, thought i would post up my latest Fuel consumption figures..
I cruise around in my troll, and don't 'Drive it like i stole it'
My troll is a 2002 3ltr Manual with:
- 3" Lift
- 33" Muddies
- Roofrack with awning, shovel, axe and 4 D'Lights all bolted on
- Steel bar, and D'Lights
My Troll does not have any performance mods (eg: Chip or exhaust).. It does have EGR blocked and NADS fitted
Boost is set to Max of 16psi, at 100kms'h boost sits about 12psi (exhaust temps about 300 Degrees)
Around Town at the moment i average around 14.6ltr's per 100
On the Highway as it stands i average around 13.1 ltr's per 100
Personally i reckon thats pretty good!!

Dude. Thats normal with the RB30. My first troll was a 91 GQ with RB30. Best i ever got was 450 kms out of 90 liters. Get dual fuel going man.
Now im getting 900kms out of 125 litres in my ZD30 GU.
Still trying to get below 14lt per 100kms, though.

My 3 litre TD powered 2006 GU with auto gearbox, bullbar, roofracks, 2 inch lift, 33 inch muddies, 3 inch exhaust and a bit of junk in the back gets between 13.2 and 15.8 litres/100kms.
Sometimes, I idle all the way to work.... Haven't really looked into the difference between idling 15kays and doing 60-80km/hr.
