Thanks champion - it has come at a cost, but not so much that I won't get it back in consumption saving - best thing is all that with no power loss .... thankfully!!!

Mine was doing 300k on 80L of gas before tune-up and after 360k on 80L, I was happy with that but that equates to about 22lph
Some people are like Slinkies… not much good for anything but, they bring a smile to your face when pushed down stairs.

Crikey - what motor? Straight LPG or dual fuel? Should be getting better than that mate.

I'm starting to realise that mate .. mine was the same though, and it did take some coin to get it better, but certainly less than what I'll save on consumption now. I think my original post last year I was sitting around 25lph for gas, and now down to about 16-17 unladen ... and that should be even lower according to the guy I use if I got gas injection (I have the older system also).

I might ask him what he's actually done to get it down - I know thing s like the timing being advanced to 14 (4 degrees) etc, but he's obviously worked a bit of magic!! I'll post up what I find out ....

LPG gas?? Not as in saying "gas" as petrol?? If that's LPG, you have the leanest running setup in Australia!! I'd be getting it fixed!! LOL
