Unscrew and unbolt all the window track assy then lift the glass out vertically thru the window slot - the gap will increase to around 25mm and its straight forward, even safe enough with window tint in place - should not scratch. the preceding points all fill in the picture. Whilst you have the door empty, good time to vacuum it out, clear out the drain holes and maybe add some rust converter and sound insulation to the panel like jing ping. Take care with the window seal clips, they rust u[p and can be hard to remove. You can buy replacements on ebay and PAP. I fitted new window seals and have one window with clips that are not playing the game - needs a bit of quiet tlc.

That is really a thing for me. I have lost (or never had them, just don't remember) the clips for the outside window seals. The seals themselves are in a bad shape, but that is what I have for now. Thinking of using double sided tape while I work a solution out.

You can get these clips on ebay or via Patrol a Part, not expensive at all.
