    Wobbly fan

Im guessing the fan is not supposed to wobble on the shaft. it feels fairly firm to spin but you can wobble it around on the shaft. is it something that is repairable or any suggestions?

Depends on where the movement is coming from to what you will need to replace?

Is it moving just in the fan or when your moving it is the water pump pulley moving with it?

If the fan is the only thing thats moving then i'd say your viscus hub is warn out but if the pulley is moving as well I'd say your water pump is the culprit.

Yes it's just the hub of the fan moving on the shaft. Is the fan rebuildable or do I need to replace it ?

Replace the hub. Have a close look at the centre of the fan blades looking for cracks in the plastic. If you find cracks replace the fan as well.
