Coffs Harbour ... half way (ish) between the northern and southern tips, awesome off roading apparently, awesome fishing (can vouch for that one), beautiful beaches that can be driven on, great pubs, shops, activities etc ...
My two cents worth complete! lol
We'll be up for one for later in the year, so if AB is organising, we'll just go with the flow ....
