Can you get a pic of that? I think they are on wrong. The come with aluminium bushes to suit the chassis mount and I think they have them on backwards mate. That will make them like a radius arm spacer and that is how your springs present

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Yeah there is a boss there where the mushroom style bushes would normally sit in that would prob give you a gap of about 10mm or so.

Im with mudrunner the drop boxes dont look to be on right. Do the cover the hole in the bottom of the chassis rail that you can normally see the radius arm nut in?

it sits against this ring here which sticks out a touch of the chassis. from what i can see also the cut is only 60mm deep but it should be 65 deep would this make any difference. It still doesnt touch the chassis except for that circle part.

Did you have this issue before fitting drop boxes?
Did you use the same bushes?
If you didn't fit it I'd be taking it back and let them deal with it..

Hope you haven't paid them or get money back for a poor job

Your front diff is pushed too far forward.

There are a couple of pics where it looks quite obvious. Once the drop boxes are installed correctly, it should elimnate this problem.
