The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

no but will stop the damage.
Are you running standard Nissan Rubber bushes in your radius arms?
Something is odd there.
Mine looked like that when i first did my lift but i mistakenly fitted the drop boxes and the spacers together. I removed the spacers and it sorted it out.
Have you called Shane from Suspension Stuff? send him the pic of your spring. Maybe they supplied the wrong Drop Boxes but i doubt it....

If you have a look at the way mine bolts in and the way this says you should ( http://www.superiorengineering.com.a...STRUCTIONS.pdf )
it looks different to the way mine is.

The top mount of the drop box should be hard against the factory radius mount on the chassis. It mounts in its place and moves the mount down to the new position.
Did you slot out your chassis as per instructions to allow it to bolt flush? If not then there is the missing 15mm.
Sorry I can't open that link on my iPhone.

I didnt fit the kit i had a shop do it. there is easy a 15-20mm gap between the drop box and radius arm. It has been cut but when i stick my finger inbetween the box chassis there is a washer or something stopping it.
