    Ironman drawes installation

So my misses and I got ourselves a set of Ironman drawers. We have been looking around and considering what to do for some time now. We thought about building them a few times but as we are always taking weight into consideration the ironman come out on top at just 55kg!!

So we have put together a few picks to show it being built and mainly to show how to bolt it down in a GU wagon.. The instructions are clear and it is really not that hard to bolt them down correctly and safely in the way that alows for ADR approval (we definitely considered just self tapping the buggers in a few times before biting the bullet and drilling through the floor!!). When secured according to the instructions each hole really does come out underneath in an accessible spot - something we were finding hard to believe when we were measuring it all out.

If anyone has any question's don't hesitate to ask ;-))

    Sue helping out

So this is where you drill the first hole its on the back (front of drawer) right side

This is where you lift the carpet and can see that there is another tie down point and can drill another hole dead in the middle of the 2 screws back left side.

you can see where the bolts come trough on the left side back

this is the one at the front left side as you can see it fits in neat next to the spring..

Nugget our dog helping out LOL

    and finished

    Hope this all makes sence

They do look alright, very tidy and nest fit. Good question about jack. And tail light globe replacement.

Yer the only way in (besides the 2 little lift up wing pockets) is to undo the 6 screws and pop the wing off!!
