Please note the cut off time for this trip is the end of January 2013. Anyone wishing to join this trip after that date, will have to organise there own campsite bookings.

Trendsetters, may i suggest could all the DEFINITES PM your contact phone numbers and your state and areas from where you come from to Jas, That way Jas could put a contact list together and then PM them back to the DEFINITES. This will allow you to contact one another and formally introduce yourselves to one another! It also allows you to see who is the closet fellow Cape York participant closest to you. This might also allow you to meet up and travel from home to Cairns!

I also thought we could introduce one another's vehicle and campers together! This is my set-up that i am taking to the Cape York next year!

When I get the time and coin I would like to get one made from scratch out of sheet ally or steel and have it colour coded to the car and have something thats a little easier to remove and fit.

Yours looks the goods to GU camper. How do you like the tyres?

[stock patrol]

Hi all,
I'd love to put my name in the ring to join this trip but after reading all the blogs on vehicle equipment and so on I would be left at the first hard yard.
My wagon is pretty much stock apart from a smart bar up front. A fridge for p--s and a tent to feed the croc's from.

I have a lot of work to do to get it up with you guys! Will keep the cut off in mind just in case though.
