    Cold side of brake switch

I have a GU IV (STS). I'm about to install a tekonsha P3. It tells me to connect wire to cold side of brake switch.

I've looked inter dash and there appears to be two switches. One has button operating off brake pedal. There are two wires going to this switch. I don't own a meter, can someone tell me where I connect wire. I'm right with all other location but not cold side of brake switch. HELP

I read a post along the same lines only last week mate, have a bit of a look around the Electrical section, it wont be too far away. I believe the second wire is for the ABS maybe?? Maybe if you drop out your rear tail light and see the colour of the wire going to the rear globe and try and match that at the pedal. should be the same.???

Otherwise Yendor will be about later i am sure.

    Cheers

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

It should be the Green with a Yellow trace wire.
