Hi folks, new to everything Patrol/4wd, just wanting to get out there and do it. Can any one tell me of some easy starter trails a few hours from Adelaide?

Loveday 4x4 adventure park (Barmera) is a good one, (has a family track) But not the comp track even though thats a ripper, (exp prefered)

If interested in a weekender, the Flinders ranges, Parachilna is brilliant, (SkyTrek) now cost $75 and takes about 5hrs to do.

Goolwa beach for a sunday drive, a few drinks and throw the line in, (or do some cockling)

There is a thread of a few guys going to Morgan quarry, -overnight-trip-planned-friday-26th-november-to-sunday-28th-november" in trips and treks.
Theres a few places on the Useful websites library thread, or you can also google 4x4 tracks S.A, might give you a look at whats around.
Will let you know if i think of any others.

Lincoln National Park

The Flinders Ranges National Park - must be a weekender (about 6 hrs away)

Little Dip Conservation Park

Saunders Gorge

Morgan Quarries

Deep Creek Conservation Park (this one is very tame, Grand vitara can do it)

Hey buddy, what area in Adelaide you from? north south east or west ?????? might be able to organise something next time heading out.
Not sure when at the moment, with this weather the Trol seems to tow a jetski around a bit.
