BA Seats into a GQ

Has anyone here put a set of BA falcon front seats into a Patrol, was looking at putting some in that I can get cheap, but I don't really know if its gonna be worth doing or just buying some sort of after market bucket seats is going to end up cheaper?

I've seen VT Commondore and WRX seats fitted to GQ's. I put aftermarket Scheel seats in mine. Have a look on EBAY for seats.
Whatever you get, make sure they're not fitted with side airbags.

Ill give it a shot they dont have air bags in em so that should be alright, but the drivers seat is half electric so id have to run power to that I guess. the only problem I think im gonna have is I like putting it into water so ill probably stuff the electrics in it.

The seats your thinking of fitting all have problems with the bolstering collapsing & its hard to find a drivers seat that hasn't already having this problem both in ford BA & holden VT so I would steer away from them if it was me............

Still your choice but thought I'd give you the heads up.
