So if I tie the hook for left side fishing! which side of my mouth do I place my tongue the left or right ?.
also does that matter for northern or south hemisphere which side the hook tied ?. lmao.

You won't need hooks that big, hook size is decided by bait size not the size of the fish your trying to get. 3/0 or 4/0 plenty big enough for most species in the river.
