Hopefully you've found the glow control unit by now but if not it is on the passenger side footwell firewall. Worse position ever. Anyway hope these pics help. I'll be giving mine a clean with alcohol as part of the glow circuit tune-up.

My soldering job did not fix the relay. In the end I wired up a manual switch. I wrote about that here:

No worries, let us know how you go with it.
I'm gonna try the relay solder anyway and after that it could be a solution like the manual switch or this ... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/121033317...84.m1423.l2649
I messaged the guy from ebay - says its an easy install and looks like it should work (the glow plugs are just the TD42 non ceramic 12 volt units). I want to understand the existing circuit better first then I might give it a go.
