    Is it possible?

To set the scene, I have a 2004 (early) GU DX ute. I can get real cheep a 2004 GU ST wagon with cruise, power windows, central lock, seats door trims, switches, etc.

Both have 4.2 turbo i/c motors and manual boxes (well the wagon has had all running gear removed. The wagon was a rollover write-off.

From the service books I downloaded I think that the 04 utes had wiring for power windows and central lock, just need the bits and relays. They never had cruise as an option.

I have to take my dash out to change the heater box so do I swap the dash wiring loom while I'm at it to get factory cruise? Or wont it work?

    Ta for any feedback

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Well, the short answer with my 2004 ute is NO.
Only speaker wires in the dash loom to the doors!

I am now removing the wires out of the ST loom to make my own power window and power mirror kit.

On a positive note I now have bucket seats, console, carpets, lighter grey ST dash and plastic bits, oh, and replaced heater....no leaks now!
