    Nooby in Nissan patrol

Hi fellow Nissan owners i resently bought nissan patrol Gr 2004 with a 3.0 disel engine now the oil light lide up so it's either the oil pump or the sensor (there is enough oil) how is the best way to determine witch one it is and can anyone tell me where the sensor is located on the block i was thinking off setting a pressior gauge to see if the pump is bilding pressure i doin't have any manual.

Welcome mate. Im new here also. I would suggest looking in the technical section, there may be some info in there. Best thing would be to remove the oil pressure sensor and screw a pressure gauge into the hole.

    Good Luck.
