The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Hey MR, please keep your kinky shenanigans off the forum, there's a time and a place and this isn't it

I know Darren! Once the 4by is back on the road it's all go. Should be a good winter.

Too Easy! So just got of the phone with Paul....

After spending several days faffing about on eBay and realising the 99.9% of the light bars all get pushed out of the same factory and the CREE chips they all claim to have are cheap knockoffs, i was reading this particular thread today over lunch. The mention Liquid light and the overwhelming support for Paul and his product resulted in the phone call...

Given the late hour of the trading day Paul will be shipping me tomorrow a 40" Aurora Style COmbo Beam Light Bar - Which of course he discounted!

So I'm contemplating either calling in sick tomorrow or at least going home early - I'll be waiting for the mailman with tool in hand!!!!!

Thanks Heaps Paul - Review of said light to follow......

    Cheers

    Dave (DG)

    Fitted - daylight on demand....

Post sales support a1 plus answered all of my ludicrous questions...
So 40" of affordable daylight on tap is now nicely mounted under my roof tray. The stupid winds we got today in Melb did give me some occasional him as I crossed the bolte bridge but otherwise this light is almost invisible when unlit.

I'm very pleased with my super tidy wiring and It was fortunate that I discovered the missing clutch access cover plate on my firewall now rather than half way across a stream

Next will be a pair of hid spots for highway but to be honest - this bar alone will do me find in bush with all other lights off!

And of course some work lights for the rear.....

Pics I took this evening of standard headlight, standard headlights with high beam and then same but I flick the switch that forces a godlike voice to declare "let there be light"....
