Thanks for your concerns guys. The mod was price led that's for sure, 800 au dollars :@ I don't think so. I hate to think how much a main stealer would want for one
I know the auto system is a good idea when it works, mine didn't , at all.Sensor valve was completly siezed. The truck passed it's MOT which is a UK test of road worthiness and done every year, the day after this mod was done
This truck is a permanent 2 seater, no kids, wives or other riff raff allowed
I also have a specialist insurance policy for it allowing me to offroad and that has listed all the modifications done to the truck. Thus ensuring that if I do prang it there's no come back
I've had too many "chats" with PC Plod over the years to risk anything dodgey these days

On a side note i assume that is an Auto gear box surround you have around your manual box?? Looks sweet, i have thought about chasing one of those and doing that, Finishes it off nicely. We have No Surround around our gear sticks here.

Ah ha , I didn't know that ! maybe it's a UK fitting. If you have probs getting them out there I'm sure I could find some upthe scrap yard :0

Nice mod mate, as said i am not sure Aus Laws would allow that but good job for sure.

My Ti has one around the manual shifter just like OP's, exactly the same.
