TB 45 smoke from the exhaust .

Have a problem with my y61. When the engine is warm on the idle rpm there is a smoke from exhaust with oil smell. When engine is cold there is no smoke. I decided to remove oil seals, after this will look for the oil ring. Compression is 10+ on all cylinders. What did you think? Will the oil seal replacement help me?
