Projecta do a 2 in 1 unit to monitor a dual batt kit volt / amp but not sure on measuring any juice left, from memory around the $100 mark. Baintech do a 2 in as well.

I will be looking at some cheap basic LED volt meters when I finish doing (rewiring) the previous owners d/b set up, will look at putting in a push button to activate the display and possibly put in a surge / spike protector as well.

I haven't seen a 3 battery monitor as yet so you might have to think of doing a double and a single...
And you won't find one with how much juice is left I don't think as it is all relative to how much you want to drain the batteries. Best to install a voltage cut off device to protect the batteries

I use a TJM monitor. It works fine and the manual battery link button is very handy.
Downside is maybe it could be a smaller package but that's just being picky.. Haha

    ........... On the move

Thanks for the replies lads. After a night of dry reading, I've pretty much made the move to the BMV602s. Purely to give all things like my raspberry pi and other electronics the best chance to survive. Although its a whole load of coin, I guess you can't be the richest bloke in the grave...

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Haha, yeah rest assured mate, when it comes to paying for luxury items(if I can call it that) I'm tighter than 2 tight people..lol ... Mind you though, for an item costing 540 at battery world, fleabay did have it for 220, so it pays to shop around.
